The Story of Spring4th Center

As some of our regular clients, their guests and patrons know, Spring4th Center's owners and management have had numerous challenges over the last 12+ months in meeting the City of Atlanta's various requirements, most recently the parking requirements. Although there is abundant parking less than 1/2 block away, and we are 1-1/2 blocks from MARTA, we have still not been able to move forward in the process of securing approval of a liquor license from the City due to this parking issue.

Throughout this process, we have tried to be as transparent as possible about the uncertainties of our status. The latest news on our event venue is that we are OPEN and we are booking events through the spring and summer months of 2008. As has been true for the last several years, we will not be able to sell alcohol but we are still able to provide our clients with a unique, eclectic event space at an affordable cost. Spring4th Center includes our main facility at 728 Spring Street, as well as our original smaller space at 726 Spring Street, now known as the Spring4th Annex (also well known as The Red Door).

Our web site is in the process of being re-vamped, so look soon for more information about the Center itself, include various space options and pictures.

Thanks to all our our past loyal clients....we look forward to being around for a long time!

For further details on the saga of the Center, see the Timeline.
