Spring4th Complex is an entertainment and event
venue of almost 30,000 square feet and three separate
spaces:
QUAD: Located at 714 Spring Street,
Quad is an 18,000 square foot entertainment venue and
restaurant. Quad features four zones:
Zone
1: A comfortable lounge area with tables for
enjoying a meal by J-Bones BBQ & Grill, our on-site
restaurant.
Zone 2: Zone 2 is
centered by the large bar with friendly bar staff and a late night
food menu.
Zone 3: Zone 2 overlooks
the downstairs Zone 3 dance floor and lounge space.
Zone
4: A 5,000 square foot dance floor with stage
including DJ booth, VIP area and high quality sound system and
lighting suitable for live bands, electronic dance music and
more.
A large rear courtyard provides a smoking area
and another great City view.
Expect a comfortable opening
atmosphere -- unpretentious and fun. Quad is NOT the latest
fancy nightclub shining with marble and glass. We won't make
you wait outside just to create the illusion of a "line." And
our drink prices are suprisingly affordable.
After a
transition period, we expect Quad to eventually be open at least 5
days a week, 5 PM to 2 AM or later, with a varied schedule of music
and entertainment. For now, please check our calendar for our
latest schedule of events and operating hours.
Center +
Annex: Located at 728 Spring Street,
the Center is 5,500 square feet with a capacity of 550. With a
large warehouse room in the rear, an entry gallery and several
breakout rooms, the Center has the ultimate in flexibility for a
wide variety of events. The Center is available for rentals
for public events, private parties and corporate
meetings.
The Annex location is a smaller
facility, with a capacity of up to 75, suited primarily for small
private gatherings -- ideal for birthday parties, church and other
group meetings and Sweet 16 parties.
The Center +
Annex share a 2,500 square foot outdoor courtyard (with a wonderful
City view), which expands can fit up to another 300
attendees.
Spring4th Center and Annex are open only
when an event is booked in the space. Check our calendar

events.

Spring4th Center and Annex are available for rent
24/7 on an hourly basis for private and corporate events. Quad
is also available for rental for private and corporate events on a
more limited basis of available days and times.
Individuals,
organizations and promoters may host an event open to the
public in any of our spaces.
