CENTER Please note that we require ADVANCE approval of all promotional materials. No promotions may be done prior to the signing of a contract and payment of deposit, except with our written permission. Please forward to us electronic versions of all materials intended to be used for promotional purposes as soon as available. Our review is intended to ensure that all information about our venue is complete and accurate, and that no information about the event is in conflict with our contract. * * * USE OUR NAME Our name, Spring4th Center, should be used on promotional materials when referencing the location of the event. You cannot refer to our venue by a different name or try to re-brand it for your event. SPELL OUR NAME RIGHT! When referencing Spring4th Center in any promotional materials, postings, texts, twitters, etc. for your event, please be sure to properly spell the name. Spring4th Center <--GOOD! Spring4th is all one word. Spring 4th Center <--BAD Spring 4th Centre <--BAD Spring4th Event Center <--BAD Springfourth Center <--BAD Spring & 4th <--BAD If you are using all uppercase letters, then all of the letters in our name should also be uppercase. The "th" should not be superscript. SPRING4TH CENTER <--GOOD! SPRING4th CENTER <--BAD Spring4th Center <--BAD In general, we also ask that you not abbreviate the venue name to just Spring4th (rather than Spring4th Center), although we can make limited exceptions to this depending on the specifics. Many people coming to the Center for the first time are unfamiliar with the area and the available parking, and it is much easier if they have our web site for this information. www.spring4th.com In certain limited exceptions, we may waive this requirement. OTHER INFORMATION - PHONE NUMBER We do not require that you list our phone number in your promotions. Note also that if you do include our number, we can only provide information to callers if you provide that information to us.
