PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES FOR EVENTS HELD AT CENTER or ANNEX. Go here for promotional guidelines for events held at Center or Annex SUBMIT PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS FOR APPROVAL IN ADVANCE Please note that we require ADVANCE approval of all promotional materials. No promotions may be done prior to the signing of a contract and payment of deposit (if applicable), except with our written permission. Please forward to us electronic versions of all materials intended to be used for promotional purposes as soon as available and BEFORE sending to print or posting online. Our review is intended to ensure that all information about our venue is complete and accurate, and that no information about the event is in conflict with our contract. * * * USE OUR NAME The venue name should be used on promotional materials when referencing the location of the event. You cannot refer to our venue by a different name. You cannot attempt to re-brand it for your event. You cannot use only the address-- you must use the venue name and the address. SPELL OUR NAME RIGHT! When referencing QUAD in any promotional materials, postings, texts, twitters, etc. for your event, please use the following guidelines. Center @ Spring4th Complex <--GOOD! Spring4th is one word. Annex @ Spring4th Complex <--GOOD! Also acceptable: Spring4th Center Spring4th Center, Annex location Do not use the following names: Spring 4th Center <--BAD No space in Spring4th Spring4th Centre <--BAD . Centre should be Center Springfourth Center <--BAD . GET OUR ADDRESS RIGHT The address is: 728 Spring Street NW <--GOOD! Atlanta GA 30308 728 Spring Street <--BAD Without the NW, GPS systems can't find us. 728 Spring Street Northwest <--BAD PUT OUR WEB SITE ON FLYERS AND PROMOTIONS We REQUIRE that this be included on all of your promotions and invitations, since it has important information about venue parking. Many people coming to the venue for the first time are unfamiliar with the area and the available parking, and it is much easier if they have our web site for this information. www.spring4th.com In certain limited exceptions, we may waive this requirement. OTHER INFORMATION - PHONE NUMBER We do not require that you list our phone number in your promotions. Note also that if you do include our number, we can only provide information to callers if you provide that information to us. (404) 870 0040 OUR NAME/LOGO. Do not put our name into fonts other than very standard fonts such as Arial. LINKS TO VENUE ON PROMOTION AND TICKET SITES. Do NOT create a page for our venue. Always look for the official venue page for for Spring4th Complex or Center @ Spring4th Complex on whatever web site you are using. If there is not an official venue page, please let us know and we will create one. For example, on Facebook, you should link to our Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/spring4thcomplex FACEBOOK EVENTS. We strongly recommend that you allow us (our Spring4th Complex page) to create the event page. This allows the event to automatically be listed in the "Events" section of our Facebook page, which attracts more potential attendees who look to that listing to see what is coming up at QUAD. We would then add you as a creator/admin for you to promote the event. We require that you add "Quad Atlanta" as a creator/admin of all Facebook events for events to be held at QUAD. In most cases, the only reason we request access is to be sure that information related to the event and venue are accurately portrayed. We may correct minor inaccuracies or add relevant supplemental information, where appropriate.
