Location, Location, Location
Excellent Midtown/Downtown location at corner of Spring Street & 4th
Street. We're right next to Tech Square, and 3 blocks north of the original
Varsity. MARTA (North Avenue station) is less than 2 blocks away, and
you will have easy on/off access I-75/85. Area is well lit, and there is
plenty of nearby parking.

The Basics
Our space consists of two separate facilities - Spring4th Center (Main
Facility) and Spring4th (or "S4") Annex. Each building consists of an
entry hallway with several smaller rooms, and a larger room at the back
of each building.The buildings share a private outdoor patio in the rear.
You can rent just one room, or the whole facility, or most anything in between. The entire Center can accommodate almost 1,000 (550 main facility, 75 in S4 Annex, and up to 350 in large outdoor area). The capacity of our largest room ranges from about 100 for a seated wedding style dinner with 8 foot round tables, to 175 for stage perfomances with rows of seating, to 300 standing room).

The Extras!
Rental rates include use of our chairs & tables, PA systems and most
staffing (event manager, bar staff, security, cleaning) requirements. We
also have available video projectors, video screens, an outdoor grill, and
various other furnishings and equipment.

You are encouraged to use your own caterer or food source, but no food
preparation is permitted on the premises (except using our outdoor grill).

Beverage Policy
Our standard policy is that all beverages must be provided by Spring4th Center. We have a beer, wine and liquor license for Spring4th Center (main facility only).

For a nominal fee, we may allow you to supply your own beverages for
certain events held in S4 Annex.

Pricing
We rent space by the hour. Rates depend on the space rented, and the
time and day of the week. Rates range from $30/hour for a smaller room,
to $275 per hour for the full facility on a Saturday night. For Friday and
Saturday nights, there is a $1,500 to $2,000 beverage minimum.

Weddings

We know every couple is different, which  means every wedding should be different. We don't have any pre-set wedding packages, but are very flexible in working with you to make  the day special and stress-free.

Our regular rental rates apply to rentals for  weddings & receptions.  Use the main facility  for your reception, or consider having both the ceremony and reception here in different parts of the facility.

And best of all, you can select your own
caterer and there are no beverage
minimums unless your wedding is on
a Friday or Saturday night. 

And for those on a shoe string budget for  a small wedding, Spring4th  Annex is a great option even on Friday or Saturday nights.

"Sweet 16" and Quinceanera

Spring4th Center is perfect for Sweet 16 parties, Quinceanera celebrations and other private birthday and similar events.

Your event rental (either the main facility or S4 annex) includes: DJ setup and dance floor, separate rooms for VIP, photographer, catered food, and dressing room. Plus festive outdoor area.
