We have documented various policies for facility rentals here.

We have found that documenting these policies in detail helps our clients to understand what to expect. Despite the length of this document, we can be very flexible in accommodating your specific requirements.

To use our pricing sheet, first
determine what space you
are interested in renting--the
options are shown across the
top of the page.

Then look on the left hand
side for the day of the week, and the time of the day.

Bar/Beverage Pricing

We have a license to sell and serve beer, wine and liquor in Spring4th Center, our main facility. We cannot sell or serve alcohol in Spring4th Center on Sundays.

Alcohol cannot be sold in our adjacent S4 Annex facility. More details are in the Spring4th Policies document.

We offer a range of soft beverage and alcoholic beverage options including cash bar, hosted (open) bar (based on actual consumption or "by the hour") and a self-serve soft beverage option for smaller events.
